Creation of Secondary Server

I was wondering if you can create a secondary server after you installed Nicelabel Network 5 on a primary server? I don't want to have to reinstall the NN5 on the primary server if I don't have to.

Thank you in advance for you assistance.

Re: Error Nicewatch - Invalid value for object

Found out another person in our IT department made a change to our job files. I feel stupid since I didn't see it earlier. We don't have the line 'TEXTQUALIFIER ~' in our job files anymore. So that is why nicelabel didn't understand the data. Add the line back in and everything prints fine. I apolog...

Re: Error Nicewatch - Invalid value for object

Thank you again for the quick reply. I don't want it to process the tilde ~ mark. That just defines the data. Here is a sample of our job file that nicewatch runs. To keep the post short I deleted a lot of data between values. LABEL "C:\NiceTemplates\SCP-STANDARD.lbl" PRINTER "SCP_SHIP_ZEBRA" SET Ad...

Re: Error Nicewatch - Invalid value for object

Thank you Saso for that quick reply. I looked at the validation and it was set to 'All', so I changed it to Code 39. I did this with all the Code 39 barcodes on my label. Now I am getting the same error with a different variable... [2/13/2014 9:42:42 AM] Trigger: 1 - Error executing print thread act...

Niceform - No Border?

I created a couple forms with Niceform and when I run them using the runtime envir there is no border around the form. Is there a setting I am missing somewhere? I looked in the form properties and it does let you control how the form is viewed, but nothing about the border. Any help would be greatl...

Dynamically Change Background Color - Niceform

I searched through the forum for how to dynamically set the background color for a field, and came up with this thread... http://forums.nicelabel.com/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=684&p=2113&hilit=color#p2113 Are form objects still not exposed in the current version of Nicelabel? I wanted to set a field to ha...

Re: Hidden Fields in NiceForm

That's awesome guys!!! Thanks for the replies. I connected the variable to the table and it works great. I know you can do a lot with VBScript or Python in Niceform, but hidden fields come in really handy sometimes. Maybe after I learn a lot more about Nicelablel, I will find no need for hidden fiel...

Hidden Fields in NiceForm

I was wondering if you can create hidden field in NiceForm? I have tried hiding fields behind other objects. The hidden fields are always on Top, even if I set them "To Back". If you set the text and the background of the field to the same color as the form background you still have the field outlin...
