Re: Sessionprint problem in sdk 2017

Hi, Sorry for the late reply. The posted code should work and the second session should start even if the first one is not finished yet. Also the second call to Initialize is not needed as this is the same engine instance. If you are still having problems please contact NiceLabel support on support@...

Re: How to register the NiceLabel6WR.dll?

V6 as NiceLabel version 6. There is no need to register NiceLabel6WR.dll this is done by the NiceLabel installation, the file is located on the same folder as nlabel6.exe("c:\Program Files\EuroPlus\NiceLabel 6\bin" - for default install folder). When you add NiceLabel6WR.dll to your .NET project (re...

Re: How to register the NiceLabel6WR.dll?

HI,
V6 requires Interop.NiceLabel6WR.dll which represent's .NET wrapper around NiceLabel6WR.dll and should be somewhere inside Release/Debug folders.

Re: How to register the NiceLabel6WR.dll?

I presume you are using .NET: - select x86 as application platform (Configuration Manager). NiceLabel itself is a 32 bit application, selecting "Any CPU" as application platform will cause incompatibility between application and NiceLabel when running in 64 bit environment. - Interop.NiceLabel5WR.dl...

Re: Label printing with c++

You can use nicelabel from c++ by adding one of the following lines to your source code: When working with NiceEngine: #import "c:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\EuroPlus Shared\NiceEngine 5\niceengine5wr.dll" no_namespace named_guids When working with NiceLabel: #import "..path to nice label Bin ...

Hi

The code seems ok so the problem must else ware. Does this code actually produce any printout.
What happens if you print this label (lvx file) from PocketNiceLabel Application are the variable values still missing.

Hi,

Currently it is not possible to open (or close) the COM port outside the Print method. If you are printing batches of the same label (with the same data) you can use the quantity instead of printing one label at the time.

Hi,

This is strange. Look like some kind network problem to me or maybe wrong port number (??).

What about if you uninstall v5 and install V4 again does it work with the same settings (IP ,port).

Hi,

This problem occurs when Pocket NiceLabel cannot send data via TCP/IP,..

Can you access your printer from the device.

If you can then maybe something is wrong in your code can you send me part of your code where TCP/IP address is set.
