Re: Empty database search field without keyboard

Hi The solution I created uses two database connections which already you created. - One database connection is used on the table element. This connection only shows all the data from the database. And when the button is pressed there is an action that selects the row with the same ID as entered in ...

Re: Visual studio 2015 throw FatalExecutionEngineError After PrintEngine.Initialize()

I would upgrade Visual Studio or upgrade .NET Framework.

The 'FatalExecutionEngineError' is caused by a bug in the compiler. If you search for the issues on the internet they are always caused by compiler errors.

Currently I have no other suggestions :|

Re: Visual studio 2015 throw FatalExecutionEngineError After PrintEngine.Initialize()

Hi there

Can you try this on any other computer that has Visual Studio....
I tested the same sample connected to the SDK 19.0.0.3753 and it works. I used a computer with Visual Studio 2015 version 14.0.25431.01 Update 3 which has installed .NET Framework 4.7.02053.

Re: Empty database search field without keyboard

As I still don't know all the details here... why there are two identical forms? what exactly does the scanner return? Is there an Enter character at the end of scanned values.

I updated a little your solution.... If it is any better....

Re: Empty database search field without keyboard

Please attach the database too.... You can leave at least a couple of rows in the database. If there is any sensitive data please change the values to something random.

Thx

Re: Empty database search field without keyboard

Is there any way you could attach the solution (.nsln, .xff, .lbl, .nlbl) so we could see what exactly can be done here.

Re: Linking Databases in Designer 2019

Yes it is possible. You need to open the Data Menu / Dynamic Data Manager Now select your SQL Table in the left part of the dialog On the right side select Filter and Enable it. Select which field you want (Item_no in your case) And select the compare sign = And on the right side select the Excel fi...

Re: Python Mod 10

Sorry for the late answer.... I hardly find time to answer here. Here you go: checkDigitCalculation2.nsln And the code is here: def luhn_checksum(number): total=0 digits = list(map(int, str(number))) reversedDigits = digits[::-1] total = 0 for position, digit in enumerate(reversedDigits): if (positio...

Re: Label Objects Data Source

Sorry, you cannot get to the information which Database Field is connected to a text element in the label.

SDK.NET just doesn't implement the functionality to allow code to get to this information.

Re: ASP.NET Web API 2 - createPrintFile

You need to simply add the reference to the SDK.NET.dll and execute the code below: PrintEngineFactory.SDKFilesPath = @"c:\Program Files\NiceLabel\NiceLabel 2019\bin.net"; PrintEngineFactory.PrintEngine.Initialize(); ILabel label = PrintEngineFactory.PrintEngine.OpenLabel("c:\\tmp\\simplelabel.nlbl"...

Re: Issue With RFID Hex value modification

Hi there

I just want to tell you that there is not enough information to help you. We would need at least a label file, automation configuration file and the data that executes the trigger to see what exactly is happening in your scenario.

Kind Regards

Re: Create custom stock size

Hi Jason Kyle is right. Currently we don't have any editor for customizing stocks. If you're really in a need for editing stocks there is a database file which holds the stocks. Its located here: "c:\ProgramData\NiceLabel\NiceLabel 2017\Stock.db" If you want to edit is you will need to download a SQ...

Re: Print qeue showing incorrect label count

Hi It would help if you also attached a label. Specify which printer driver and version you're using and maybe attach a print stream that is sent to the printer. Anyway I believe that I know why this is happening. When you print a label that contains a simple rectangle and nothing else and you set p...
