Which version of the NL software do you use (4.x I presume).

Is NiceLabel4WR.dll registered.

Try something like that.

NiceApp app = new NiceApp();
NiceLabel4WR.INiceLabel lbl = app.LabelOpenEx("label.Name");
lbl.Print("1");
lbl.Free();
app.Quit();

Can you be more specific on where exactly this error (line code) occurs. Is this immediately after start when NiceLabel ActiveX is called ??

In the code you import both:
Imports NiceEngine4WR
Imports NiceLabel4WR

This is not necessary only NiceLabel4WR or NiceEngine4WR is needed .
