Find requested data in excel sheet

Hi,

I am using nicelabel powerforms 2017. Now i am trying to do multiple steps program, where user can choose step by step choose color, size, language and product. All products have descriptions depending by language and product name. Sample: user choose EN lanuage, ZZZ product. I have excel spreadsheet which contains 3 columns with names: Language, Product and description. When user step by step chooses EN language and ZZZ product, program must find description in english of ZZZ product from description column.
Maybe you will have some thought how to do it. maybe it needs some python scripting or smth.
