We are using several models of Zebra printers as well as some Intermecs. We create labels with a in-house product and utilitizes NiceDrivers verion 4.2.01 to print the labels.
Originally, if a user requested 10 copies of a label which had identical information, we were passing 10 XML records, each with a copy count=1. To improve performance, we have made a change to pass one record with a copy count of 10.
However, when we monitor the printer, we are still getting 10 pages in the print queue, not one with a copy count of 10. Can someone provide guidance on how we can resolve this such that the printer is handling the need for 10 copies?
NiceLabel Driver with Zebra printers and Print Qty
Hello!
We don't know your sw, so it's hard to estimate what is the reason for such behavior. However if you try to print using NiceLabel & NiceDriver, the correct number of print files is created in the spooler.
I suggest you to make a test print on some other printer (like HP..) to eliminate the source of problem.
