Printer preference

Sorry if this is the incorrect place to post this questions.

I have created a script to install a Rongta RP4xx Series printer, which works really well. However I now need to be able to setup some printer preferences for the end users with this script, is this possible? I know I can export a .drs file with the config, however I don't know where this original file is saved. Any ideas how I can update the default settings so that the Paper format and size are set to the labels we have?

Generally when you export the .DRS file it asks you to save in a certain location
