Specifying label size in design

I have a basic question how can I change the label size in a design? If I create a new label the wizard allows me to choose the stock, size, et. al. However, I can't seem to find a way to change that for a label that's already designed?

I'm using NiceLabelPro v5.2.1 if that helps.

My Version of Nicelabel is older than yours I think.

But what I do Is right click anywhere on the whitespace of the label (not an entity like a text box) and choose "Label Setup" and that opens up the menu where you can select your printer driver, dimensions, batch printing options etc.
