Printer Usage doesnt work as expected

we use Nicelabel PowerFormsSuite Version 17.3.1.

We have the problem that we have some reserved (checkbox set) Printers which are unused for a lot of Days (some over 50) doesnt disappear permanently when their Reservation got unchecked.

If we uncheck them, close the Window with Ok and reopen the printer Usage Page they disappear from the List and the licensed Printer count gets smaller as expected. If we reopen the printer usage a few hours later, they are reappearing in the list with reserved flag checked.

All Clients are in the same domain and can communicate over the Port Nicelabel uses (6772). All other Printers are licensed correctly as exspected.
Only the long used reserve checked printers not working as expected.

From my understanding it doesnt matter an which client I check or uncheck the reserved printers. Every change should synchronize with the other clients no matter which client make the change.

Is there an explanation for this behaviour or are we doing/understanding something fundamentally wrong?
