We recently started to get an "Unexpected Program Error" when opening the Nicelabel SE 3 program. Cant open new, open sample or open a specific file. The error simply closes the program with the following message: An unexpected error was generated in the program and has caused it to shutdown. Changes made to the label from the last Save command are lost. Please restart the program. If the error persist, contact Technical Support. Please specify the steps that lead tothe program error... Attach error log file UAElog.txt. I have attached the error log below. In addition, we have uninstalled, re-installed the program (removing all created folders), and still get the same error. We also downloaded version 5 from Cognitive and get the same error. Any suggestions??? Please help. It worked fine just a few days ago.

How do you run this "Log" request. I am having the same problem. The software was working fine last week after I downloaded the latest build, and now it's giving me all sorts of problems again.

Please email your regional NiceLabel Support Center:
http://www.nicelabel.com/support/technical-support
with the following information:
1) The exact name/version of the NiceLabel Product you're trying to install. (Hint: right-click on the installer and click "Properties". Provide a screenshot from the "Details" tab)
2) Any specific error message you're experiencing during the installation process (or perhaps when you attempt to launch the application).
If you receive errors during the installation, you can capture additional information by launching the installer from the command line with the following syntax:
installerfile.exe /l="C:\InstallLog.txt"
and you can provide that installation log as well.
