Superscript Appearing in Label

Post by PPharma » Wed Oct 25, 2017 12:19 am

Using Nicelabel Automation 1.5.0.12924. We have an old lbl file that wouldn't work in Automation with error "created by an older version". The lbl file was opened and save in Nicelabel Pro 6.5.1 (Build 12539) and the label was able to print. Problem is that there is a small superscript "1" located at the end of one of the variables. I deleted and then recreated that variable in Pro and the superscript "1" move to another variable. I repeated this on all variables as it kept moving around. Any reason for this? Do I have to make the label all over again? Can the lbl file be "cleansed" of this somehow? Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

Uhoh...
I haven't seen something like that before. Can you please send us your label with a problem directly to our support center, so that we can take a closer look into it?

Please follow this form to contact us directly with your files: https://www.nicelabel.com/support/techn ... gn=Support
There is no place like 127.0.0.1
