Nice Watch Server5 service

Whenever the Nice Label users are facing problem in printing the labels, the only solution is to restart all the below four Nice Label relevant services
1. Diagnostic policy service
2. Label service
3. Print spooler service
4. Nice watch server5 service

All the above services are restarting successfully, but while restarting the "Nice watch server5" service, it is going into hung state, i.e., the status of that service is showing as "Stopping", and it is not responding anymore.
Now the only solution for this is to reboot the server STLSV0141, after rebooting, all the Nice Label services are restarting successfully.

Previously it was restarting successfully, from around Dec 2017, we are facing this issue(service going into hung state)

Could anyone please provide your proper comments.

Sorry, but we are not aware of this issue. Could there be something with the system that you changed and that's why the service will not stop. Could there be any network printers added which are not available or online?

Please note that the application NiceWatch was superseded by NiceLabel Automation back in 2013 and currently users use NiceLabel 2017 version which includes Automation.
There are no more restarting of services in Automation.
