Viewing .nlbl-files?

Hi.

I'm not a user of NiceLabel but my coworkers are.
We use NiceLabel in my office but we only have one license.

I'm often cleaning in our servers and these files are everywhere. But to be able to move and delete unnecessary label-files I need to check them first, I need a viewer or something. Is there some solution to my problem without having to spend money on another licens?

Thanks!

/David

David,

Unfortunately, to view Nicelabel .nlbl files you would need a copy of Nicelabel to open and view them.

Just install NiceLabel Print module on your computer, so you will be able to see them, there is no license needed for view - licenses are for printers bro.

Best regards,
Zdenek.

Zdenek,

While that is true, you need the license for the software. If they want to use a trial, they can do that.

That only works with Version 6. I've heard...
It doesn't work with version 7 with the new .nlbl-format.

David,

You can install the trial for the software to view the labels, however, after 30 days the software will not work anymore as it is a trial.

Hello again,
David_SIOX stated, that they are using NiceLabel - thus they must have license purchased. We have NL version 2017 and I installed NiceLabel Print on multiple stations, just printers are restricted with licenses, I think.

Zbina,

As David_SIOX stated
"I'm not a user of NiceLabel but my coworkers are.

They may only have a single user license, which is good for one machine. If they have a multi-printer license, they still have to license the software per the guidelines for licensing here https://www.nicelabel.com/resources/fil ... ensing.pdf

If they have a single user license, they must install a trial or buy a new license to have it on two machines. If you have questions on licensing please refer to the guide.

Thanks,
