Deactivate NL after failed disk.

Hello
I have suffered a failed hard disk so cannot un-register my installed version of NiceLabel in order to reactivate it on the new PC.
A support ticket was raised yesterday (#SRX617776) but I have not received a response as yet.

I urgently need to activate my purchased product as I have a shipment that must leave today.

Is this something support can assist with please?
