Stuck in Demo

I have been running Nicelabel Suite 5 using a network software license with 10 CALS for a number of years and I have 1 laptop that doesn't seem to want to play well with the license. I have about 8 other XP/7Pro clients that don't seem to have any issues.

The lazy Win7pro laptop will run fine on a fresh install for a day or two and then will pop into DEMO mode. I have good connection to the server, I can access the license, open license manager, see that I have plenty of CALS available all on that laptop, but will not exit DEMO. Opening/closing, restarting laptop, going through license connection process will not bring it back.

Sometimes running the Nicelabel repair tool and then reconnecting to license will fix it otherwise I will have to do a complete reinstall.

This laptop is about to find itself in a snow bank, and with the current Wisconsin weather, it won't fare well!

Any Ideas before I turn it into a popsicle?
