Printing using .job in V6 does not work in 2017 Print

Post by Mark Gittings » Tue Aug 09, 2016 10:18 pm

We have about 100 customers using an interface with an ODBC connection in V6 that cannot upgrade to the 2017 Print routine. While .job will work in Automation, ODBC won't really work on the server where Automation is supposed to run. We don't understand why this backward compatibility is not in 2017. Have been filling current orders with v6 (4 since 2017 came out) as we aren't sure what to do. Any assistance much appreciated.

Hi,

I would suggest you to contact NiceLabel tech support located in your region, http://www.nicelabel.com/support.
Local NiceLabel team will help you to fix the problem.

I would ask you to add sample label file and job file to your email.
