[URGENT] RFID - Unable to encode the password tag

Post by psycholabel » Tue Feb 28, 2017 4:36 pm

Hi all,

we are using NiceLabel/SATO CL4NX to printing and encoding all the memory blocks of RFID tags, and we can't encode the password to lock the tags. We have tried to encode with SBPL commands from the driver printer options, but we can encode only one tag, and we have hundreds to encode...
Is there any solution to use the variables in the commands side?

Thanks for your great help!

With the current verion of NiceLabel and NiceDriver:

...functionality for locking sections of the RFID tag is built into the application for you, which should eliminate the need for sending any custom commands.

When you're designing your label, click the "RFID Tag" icon from the Data ribbon and choose the "Security" tab:

Note that the interface allows for fixed or variable values for password.
