Hi,

I have the same problem.
I uninstall KB4041681 and KB4041678 but the problem is always present.

Do you have another solution?

Hi,

as you might already know, this is an issue which was caused by Microsoft updates.

For NiceLabel 2017 we already implemented additional feature:
NiceLabel 2017.3 has been released on October 27, 2017. NiceLabel 2017.3 will use ACE provider to connect to .XLS Excel data sources, even if you have initially configured JET provider on the labels. The switch happens automatically in the background, when you open a label. ACE provider is backwards compatible with JET provider, so there will be no issues making the switch.

For NiceLabel V6 we are still in the process of finding the solution which would solve the problem without any user intervention on the label level. It will most likely require an update of the NiceLabel V6, but this has not been confirmed yet. We would kindly suggest to contact us directly (https://www.nicelabel.com/support/technical-support) if you have problem with NiceLabel V6, so we will be able to update you personally when we have any news regarding NiceLabel V6.

Yes, it is solved with November 14 Windows Updates. Thank you for the notification. :)

NiceLabel also has updated a KB article about this problem, which also lists necessary updates for other supported Windows operating systems.
