Nicelabel Automation Service Crash

Nicelabel Automation Service Crash

Dear all,
On a Windows server 2012, I have an installation of Nicelabel Automation Service Enterprise version 1.5.0.12908 with 5 triggers used (4 with input file and one with web service request).
Sometimes the service crash. Looking into the event viewe I see:

Hi,

Before anything else, we would kindly ask you to redownload NiceLabel Automation, and install it over your current installation, so that you will be using the latest version. Please head here and fill in the form. https://www.nicelabel.com/downloads/nic ... s-versions
At the last question, you will need to select the product you wish to download. Select NiceLabel Automation Easy 1.5

If this will not solve your issue, please contact us directly by using this form https://www.nicelabel.com/support/technical-support, where you can provide us all the details, so that we can inspect further to find the cause of this problem.
