A-Pos Mercury 430 III

Post by Edvardas » Tue Mar 05, 2019 3:32 pm

Hi,
I do have issue with A-Pos Mercury 430 III. When i send multiple records/sizes from database to the printer. Printed characters seems to be moving towards each other leaving space between different on every size (!).
However if i do send one by one it doesn't seem to be an issue, but obviously it really slows down whole production.

Could it be internal printer memory that causes it? Or anyone faced it and knows something :)
Thanks!

Edvardas,

What version of Nicelabel are you currently using? Please go to Help>about in the software

Edvardas,

NiceLabel version 6 is currently end of life for support https://www.nicelabel.com/products/spec ... cle-policy we recommend upgrading to NiceLabel 2019 which is the latest version of the software.

Don't you think it's more like printer memory issue? Because i have no problems on QLS-3001 Xe

Edvardas,

It could very well be. We recommend reaching out to the printer manufacturer
