Fracesco_Parisi,

If you are passing In RTF code directly, set the source of the RTF box to your database field. If you still have problems after this, please email support with your files https://www.nicelabel.com/support/technical-support

no, I'm not passing the rtf code, I only have this function

Result = FormatAllergens([tutto.csv.Ingredienti],[grassetto.csv.Campo 1],"")

and, is very strange to see \b and \b0 around the bold text, is it a matter settings? :?:

Francesco,

The \b is for bold in RTF so it is trying to bold the ingredient. However, we recommend sending in your files to support as they may have to send it into our development team as testing it here, we get the same result. If we use excel, it works as expected. You can email support@nicelabel.com, they do have Italian speaking support if you would need it

Please make sure the script name is prefaced by RTF_ so if it is a script named allergens, it needs to be RTF_Allergens
