Nicelabel print 2017 module

Hi,

I'm on Nicelabel LMS Pro 2017. I've created a solution that retrives data from an Excel database (both stored in the Document Storage directory), when i launch the printing form from NL designer everything is working fine, but when I try to do the same from NL print 2017 the form appears but, after a few seconds, it freezes without loading any data and so I have to kill the application. :cry:
At the beginning i thought it was a configuration issue, because I was trying to open the solution from a client PC, and so I followed this guide https://www.nicelabel.com/support/knowl ... web-client, but it turns out that even on the server, using NL print 2017 the solution is not working.
Can anyone tell me where I'm wrong and how can I fix this problem?

What build of 2017 are you currently using? If you try using web printing, does the same behavior happen?

I'm on Nice Label 17.3 (Genera 2332), I've tried to run the solution via Powerforms Web and it is still not working, but it doesn't freeze and shows an error in the message box:

I've reinstalled the Microsoft Office 12.0 Access Database Engine OLE DB Provider (32 bit) without any success.

Zened8,

Please try to install the office 2010 driver from there https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downloa ... x?id=13255 please make sure you install the correct Bitness of what you have for office (32 or 64 bit). If that does not work, we recommend opening a support case https://www.nicelabel.com/support/technical-support

Make sure to install the Office database drivers on the server, where you have installed "PowerForms Web site" component, NOT on the client. The client (running Web Client application) does not connect to the database, the server does.

Also make sure to follow the instructions in the KB article Using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access data sources from document storage in NiceLabel Web Client.
