I am having some issues in NicePrint 6x.
As you can see on the picture, i can see the preview of the label i want to work with, but i am not able to see the section with the list of ingredients.

It appears as the preview and/or printer selection is maximized in Niceprint but am not able to minimize the sections ?? :(

Michael,

You may want to uninstall and reinstall the software, please note also the V6 software is end of life for support as December 31st, 2018 https://www.nicelabel.com/products/spec ... cle-policy it is recommended to upgrade to NiceLabel 2019

Hi Kyle
Thank you for your reply

Unfortunately we can't just reinstall Niceprint.
It's running on a terminal server with alot of users connected :(

further investigations reveals that its not all users on the terminal server who has this issue, only some ?
Therefore i suspect its in their profile somewhere, but i am not able to see where the view in Niceprint is set in their profile and/or registry ?

br
Michael

What is the exact build of Nicelabel you are currently running? You can find out in the software by going to help>about

MichaelClay,

As you are on the latest build, the only thing we can suggest is to schedule downtime to reinstall the software. If you create a new label with a database connection and open in NiceLabel print, does the same behavior happen?

MichaelClay,

We recommend scheduling downtime to reinstall the software, also we recommend upgrading to the latest version which is 2019

I have a spare terminal server where Niceprint 2019 (fully upgraded) is installed.
That could be an option, only issue with THAT installation is, that when we select posts in the database where we retrieve data from, Niceprint generates print preview, before we have selected number of labels needed.
So - we get a preview of maybe 1000 labels where it takes a good time to generate the 1000 print preview, each time we want to print a series of a label with maybe 50 labels :/
So far, nobody has been able to answer how to turn that autogenerated print preview off :/

That is why we have not moved our live production to the 2019 version yet, even though i would love to do it.

Michael,

As the software was rewritten 2017, the preview is there to ensure that the labels are correct. If you are printing from a database we suggest turning off the print all records option.Which will help with the preview https://drive.google.com/file/d/1T9MRj6 ... sp=sharing
