I have a label that I am designing with Zebra Design Pro 3 and I am need to add a prefix to the bar codes which I can do but then I can't hide it from human readable and printing.

The end user needs the prefix assigned to the corresponding letter. I have attached a picture, thank you all for your help.

(Just realized Nice Label is the software, if you can answer using NL's software I would be greatly inclined to purchase)

If we understand correctly, you would like to have a prefix in the barcode, but not in the human readable and not print in the barcode correct?

Exactly, quantity would prefix with Q, Part # with P, etc... but be hidden from human readable and print.

Caleb,

Its pretty easy to do, you would use a concatenate function in order to combine the the letter and the variable that you want to use

Then attach the barcode to your function, after that you will hide the human readable

Then simply use the variable that you used for the concatenation function as your new human readable
