Data matrix code

Hi all,

I'm using NIceLabel Pro and i'm trying to print data matrix code with 39 digits. The digits comes from variable. I test it on Code128 and it's printing fine but when I change it to data matrix it's don't print on the label. Can someone explain me how i can do it?

Hello,

Does your printer know the barcode type your using? i.e. does it have the font to print the barcode?
If you are not sure try printing it with that print barcode as graphic option that is right there in your screen shot

If it prints, update the barcode fonts in your printer. (In my opinion that is always better then printing as a graphic)

Otherwise it might be something with the data in your barcode.
I never used that kind of barcode before so not familiar if it has restraints.
