Expiry date from manufacturing date

Post by ascelpius » Wed Jul 08, 2020 10:05 am

Hi all!

I am trying to automate expiry date calculation from manufacture date in yyyy-MM-dd. The problem I'm having is that the expiry date always has to be the last day of the month. So if my manufacturing date is 2020-03-18 and it expires after 2 years then the expiry date should be 2022-03-31.
Do you guys have any recommendation how to approach this, as a simple date offset will not work in this case (or at least I think  )

Hi ascelpius,

NiceLabel doesn't have such feature built-in, but it is fairly easy to add it with a VBScript/Python code.
We have discussed this already, see this post with a code example.
