Different X-gaps between columns

Post by Potnis » Tue Oct 30, 2007 6:17 pm

I need to print labels in the format 4X6 (6 rows with 4 labels in each row) on a 8.5" X 12" sheet.
When I use the Label Setup tab, I can set the X-gap and Y-gap. For my requirements the X-gap between 1st and 2nd column is different than the X-gap between 2nd and 3rd column. So the labels would look something like this where L stands for a label

L X-gap=.1inch L X-gap=.3inch L X-gap=.1inch L
L X-gap=.1inch L X-gap=.3inch L X-gap=.1inch L
L X-gap=.1inch L X-gap=.3inch L X-gap=.1inch L
.......

Is there any way at all to specify different X-gaps (using any upgraded version or VB Script or anything at all)?

Unfortunately no. There is only one spot to include an x/y gap adjustment. This will be applied to all gaps.

Thanks for the reply. As I have only pictures (images) on my labels. I could do it. I created a full page label and just selected 'Picture' and dropped wherever I wanted or wherever the label stock is going to be.
