Printing round label

Post by JouniJouni » Mon Mar 15, 2021 6:52 pm

Hi,

I'm printing on round stickers size of a 50 mm diameter. Gap between each sticker is ~ 4 mm and stickers are in a roll. Problem that occurs when printing is that printer doesn't print all the way to the edge of a sticker. I'm using bordless printing. I've also downloaded background picture for sticker. Picture of a problem underneath:

Here is settings i'm using:

Size of sticker:
Width: 51mm
Height: 51mm

Radius:
Vertical: 25,50 mm
Horizontal: 25,50 mm

Labels across:
Horizontal count: 1
Vertical count: 2

Horizontal gap: 0mm
Vertical gap: 4,20mm

Paper feed adjustment:

These settings I changed quite much to get picture middle of a sticker but program didn't save the parameters.

Program: NiceLabel 2017 Designer Free
Printer: Epson C3500

Hopefully this gives idea of a problem. I'm happy to explain more if more information needed

Thanks a lot.

Hi,

Which printer driver are you using?
If use EPSON C3500 default driver then please see the below for across setting.

Thanks for reply and help.

I'm using driver version: 2.4.0.0 which has a bit different driver settings than shown in a video. But media width and lenght is set correctly to 50. Somehow i have feeling that gap detection sees too early that printing area ends and stops because of round sticker. Somewhere was said that might work better if used square stickers that has round sticker inside which you can pull off but don't know if this is the case..
