Toshiba TEC B-SA4TM system mode password forgotten

Printer system mode/menu is locked, because password was set there, but forgotten.
In manual, there is notice about hidden command @010 which must be sent to the printer.
I tried to sent it via TPCL driver option Send command, but it doesnt work.
Know anybody how full command should look like?

I suggest contacting the vendor, where you purchased the printer, or technical support offered by the printer manufacturer.

Yes i tried, but they just said me to send the printer to them, which is not option for me, i need this printer still, we are using it for printing labels alltime, i just need to adjust some RFID parameters ... but if it is locked ... Also their support from Toshiba is not big deal ...
