Problems with barcodes in Avery TDI 8

Hi all,
We are printing labels with barcodes in an Avery TDI 8 printer, in a Windows 7 pro and MS Office 2016 environment.
For the text all is ok, but the barcode shows an horizontal line crossing some or all bars. The line appears ramdonly in its position but we cannot eliminate it...
Is there any know issue about?
Someone can help us?

Hi,
your problem guides me to printer problem. Because of that I would recommend you to contact Avery printer reseller also.
If NiceLabel application is used to print the label I would suggest you to create label with printer barcode only and run test. Such test will send barcode contents only to printer. Barcode should be generated by printer itself. If lines are still present on the barcode than test is good indication for printer problem.

Hi Milos,

I printed succesfully the barcode without problems, but with the whole label the line in the barcode is still present... :?
Could it be a design problem? In the screen there is no line...

Hi,
If horizontal line is still present than this is good indication for printer problem. I would recommend you to contact printer provider.
