Toshiba TEC B-SA4TM problem

I am using the nice label software (incl. driver) in combination with a Toshiba TEC B-SA4TM printer and I have some problems that I can not solve, I hope someone can maybe help me.

The problem is following: when the printer is started for the first time the printing is going well but after 10-20 printed labels a problem with the alignment of the labels starts to appear and after a while the printer is not printing any more on the label but somewhere else.

Does anybody has an idea what is causing this problem?

20 identical copies print file created by NiceLabel application contains one label data followed by copies quantity. Printer internal process duplicates labels to reach copies quantity. Because of that alignment can not be caused by NiceLabel application. Printer calibration is possible solution. If problem not solved by calibration than printer support service needs to be contact.
