Hi,

I have a document that I need in A3, but unfortunately I don't have an A3 printer at home. I've seen posters

printed on a few sheets of A4 and scotch-taped back together, but unfortunately I can't find the settings on

my printer.

Anyone knows how to automatically split up an A3 document into 2 (or more) A4?

This feature depends on your printer driver. See if you find any "banner printing" option or similar that will allow A3 page to print on two A4 sheets. Verify at the manufacturer's Web site if there is a newer version of the printer driver available.

Otherwise here is a "dummy" suggestion that poped on my mind:
  1. Open your document
  2. Create a PDF out of it
  3. Convert PDF to image
  4. Open image with PhotoShop (or similar)
  5. Crop half of it, print
  6. Reopen the image, crop the other half, print again
:!: Note, if you would be printing labels with NiceLabel software using NiceDrivers, there is a built-in feature of banner printing. Find the option in NiceLabel Pro following this path: File -> Label Setup -> Dimensions tab -> Multiband Printing.

Even if your label printer is limited to, say 4", you can still print 12" wide label. All it takes is to enable the multiband printing, define the label with 12" width and define 3 bands of 4" wide. NiceLabel will print the label in three bands (stripes) each of 4". They combined together will form the 12" original label.

Hello,

If you want to print A3 size paper on A4 you have to select the scale option for resizing your paper according to your working. I just know this if you are not satisfied then you can take google helps.
