Problem while saving setting on Toshiba TEC B-EX4

Hello everybody, this is Betty, having a misterious problem with a TOSHIBA TEC B-EX4 label printer.
I have already set up other B-EX4 but at the moment, in a plant we're setting up, i'm not able to save the IP network settings. I turn on the labeller in download mode (in order to change the ip, subnet and gateway), change the values I need then, just turn it off but at the next restart the values are not saved!
Never happened before! Do you have an idea of what's going on??

Hi Betty,

This seems to be a printed-related problem, not NiceLabel problem. :?
I suggest contacting the TOSHIBA TEC Support center representative in your area.
