USB port
Moderator: NiceLabel Support Team
The problem is that USB ports are virtual ports and are not created on the PC until a device is plugged in.
You are in the mobile thread so we assume that you are trying print from a mobile computer via USB.
If so, the problem is that most mobile computers such as bar code terminals, do not have USB ports. They usually have serial ports. When you dock the device in a cradle, and plug it into a PC via USB, the cradle does a serial-USB conversion that allows the mobile computer to be seen as a USB connection to the PC for ActiveSync sessions. However, the I/O on the mobile computer is actually a Serial Port.
