Help with RAM memory upgrade

Hello, our factory has SmartDate 3i printer and it has 128kb memory inside. We are doing lots of logos and other labels, so that memory got full very fast. I opened the box and it has two empty slots inside.Maybe somebody knows can i upgrade its memory and how much it would cost? thanks
