Apology from the forum administration team to all members

Dear NiceLabel Forum user,

As you may be aware, there was a minor security incident at the NiceLabel forum a few hours ago. You received spam email to your email address, signed by a NiceLabel forum administrator account.

I'd like to take this moment to assure you that none of your personal information was compromised. One of our admin accounts was accessed and a mass-mail was sent to all forum users.

We've taken every available measure to additionally secure our forum access to prevent such incidents in the future. Passwords were changed, software was updated, and stricter limitations were put in place on admin-level access.

I apologize most sincerely for this incident and I hope you will continue to turn to the NiceLabel forum if you have any questions or suggestions about our software.
