Can't Deactivate

Repurposing some computers and adding new computers. NiceLabel inadvertently was put on a machine that the software should not be registered on. I tried using Help>Manage Licensing from within NiceLabel to deactivate but it says 'no internet connection' or something similar. The internet connection is definitely working on that machine. I figured perhaps the issue was that software was not completely setup so went through the registration process on that machine. That went through without issue but when I try to deactivate I still get the 'No internet' message.

Any help on how I can deactivate the software so that I can get it up and running on the correct machine? I tried a few reboots just in case but that did not resolve the issue.
