Can somebody assist me in resolving an installation error in Sage? Any ideas?

Hello, I have been using the Sage software for the last few years, and it was working smoothly. Recently, when I tried to install the Sage software on my new device, I wasn’t able to install the application, and instead, it started throwing Sage Error 1308. I shared my screen with the tech experts, but they couldn’t provide me with the solutions to fix the error permanently. I have implemented all the resolution methods to resolve the issue but am still stuck with the same error. If any of you have the proper solutions to fix the error, please let me know, as any help related to my query will be really beneficial for me.
