NiceLabel product as a bridge

Post by marios » Wed Apr 16, 2008 3:34 pm

Hi all,
we have started using NiceLabel with a Symbol PDA and a Zebra QL-420 Plus printer (without the wireless module).
So I'd like like to:
1) connect the printer to my development workstation
2) make the printer visible in some way to the PDA device (when it is cradled)
3) Configure Nicelabel printing engine embedded in our windows ce 5 application to print on that printer.

This is the idea. Is this a working approach or anybody knows of some caveats? Is there anything particular in Nicelabel products that can ease all or some of these tasks?

Thanks

QL-420 Printer has a Bluetooth interface. You can use that to print from PDA to your printer and you don't even need a cradle and a desktop computer to do so. 8)
